Knowing Your Options And Understanding Your Goals
Nothing brings a sense of tranquility to an investor more than understanding each of his/her investments, knowing its purpose, and realizing the place each has in his/her portfolio. This peace of mind comes from having a basic understanding of the investment and the different rewards and risks it poses. Trust deed investing is straightforward. It involves basic factors of evaluating: a potential borrowers financial needs and “skin in the game”; exit strategy for repayment; creditworthiness; the location & value of the collateral; creditability; and purpose.
