Loan Size: From $250,000 to $10 million (Larger Loans Case by Case)
Term: Loan terms are flexible, usually from 1-4 years
Use of proceeds: Business and Investment Real Estate Purposes only
Collateral: Commercial real estate, Residential, SKRs, luxury real estate or other hard assets
Prepayment: At any time, loans may be repaid without penalty. Pre-payments may be added to reduce rates.
Loan-to-value: Pacific Investment Management Group will loan up to 70% of the market value of the collateral provided. For renovation or construction loans, the loan amount can be based on the improved value and will be disbursed in predetermined stages.
Rates: Loans are interest only and interest reserves may be required, with rates as low as 6.99% annually, depending upon the collateral and the structure of the loan.
