Commercial Loan submission (must include all the following items)
Upon Initial Submission:
Commercial Loan Application or 1003 & Detailed 2 page Executive Summary
Construction Breakdown (if project is requesting funds for improvements or construction)
Credit Authorization
Income and Expense report
Profit and Loss Statement for Owner
Land Development Sheet (for all non-vertical improvement projects)
Lien Disclosure
Loan Purpose
Real Estate Owned
Upon Issuance of Interest in Project:
Tenant Profile (of either current or future tenants)
Environmental Analysis
Apartment Rent Roll
Individual (Residential) Submission: (must include all of the following)
1003 Application
Executive Summary
