We Have Renamed Our Newest Fund

Pacific Investment Management Fund has renamed our new mortgage fund Pacific Mortgage Fund, in order to better distinguish submissions and servicing agreements from our past fund PIMF I. The original name give to this fund was PIMF II however, at the suggest of our legal counsel and the pleas of our staff we have filed a name change effective 10/15/2009. Please correct all submissions to reflect this change.

Our constant focus on improving the quality and education of our underwriting staff and analysts has led our firm to sponsor the continuing education of two of our employees to obtain their Series 3 and Series 34 securities licenses.
Charles Owens Accepted to Stanford

We are pleased to congratulate one of our executives Mr. Charles Owens on his acceptance into Stanford University’s MBA program. Charles will begin attending in the fall of this year.
